Cancellation Policy

To book a session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. You may reschedule a sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. If a session is cancelled within 48 hours from the session start time, the session is owed in full (100%). A new non-refundable deposit will be needed to schedule a new session. A session may be rescheduled up to 3 times. After the third time, the session may not be rescheduled and it will be owed in full.
